He was pretty scared when the doctor said he was going to have to have stitches. He remembers that from his chin. This time wasn't as painful b/c they numbed the wound before giving the shots of lidocaine. He did not feel the shots or the stitches - so that's a GREAT thing and this trip was MUCH more pleasant! The new urgent care center by our house is wonderful and although we had a longer wait than usual this time (is it sad that I know how long you typically have to wait?), they were so nice to Bryce - brought him juice boxes, freeze pops, crackers and turned on cartoons for him in our exam room.

Besides the trip to the urgent care, the rest of our weekend was fun and full of activities! We went to an Easter egg hunt on Saturday morning. It was a little chilly, but the sun was out and it wasn't too bad!

We also did some egg coloring at our house! What kid doesn't love getting to make a mess dipping eggs in different colors!? :)

Messy hands! As you can imagine... we went right from coloring eggs to bathtime! Lots of fun though!
Ohhhhhhh.....poor Bryce!!! My hopes are that it doesn't happen again...but the odds aren't quite in my favor, are they?!?!??!
